Laboratory staff from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine attended a regional workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine on 16-17 October

On 16-17 October 2019 in Kyiv, EUWI+ experts ran a workshop on internal audits for Armenian, Azerbaijani and Ukrainian laboratory personnel. Internal auditing is an essential tool in any management system to ensure continual improvement. The workshop aimed at building knowledge of audit techniques and reporting, and looked at how audit results can be utilised. The workshop also showed laboratory staff how to implement and professionalise audit principles and practices in their daily work.

In Ukraine, Armenia and Azerbaijan, EUWI+ experts guided their laboratory partners on how to prepare for their accreditation. They assisted in the development of quality management documents, held training courses for local laboratory personnel, and provided useful tools and templates for quality management.
